Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Pro Jet wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That is our target, and this page is an honest account of how far along we are. We are not claiming full conformance today, and the known gaps are listed below.

What is in place today

Pages use a single main heading, descriptive link text, and a colour palette checked for contrast against the WCAG AA thresholds. A "Skip to main content" link sits at the top of every page. Images that carry information have descriptive alt text; images that are purely decorative are hidden from assistive technology so they are not read out. Text resizes with your browser or device settings, and the site works without a mouse on the pages we have tested.

Known limitations

An outside review of this site in September 2026 found the following, and we are fixing them:

• Video on the home page starts playing on its own even when your device is set to reduce motion, and there is no visible pause control. If autoplaying video is a problem for you, most browsers and operating systems can block it, and the same information is available in text on the page.
• The mobile navigation drawer does not trap keyboard focus while it is open, so tabbing can move to content behind it.
• The "Skip to main content" link does not always move keyboard focus into the main content on every page.

We will update this page as each item is resolved. If you hit any of these, or anything else, the phone and email below reach a person.

Reduced motion

This site uses scroll animations and a scrolling illustration. If your device or browser is set to reduce motion, those animations are reduced or removed. The exception is the autoplaying video noted above, which we are still fixing.
